New land release under construction at Alberi Park
30 November 2009
CONSTRUCTION has commenced on a brand new land release at Devine Communities' ever popular Alberi Park estate at Holmview.
Alberi Park has launched construction of Stage 4, which will feature 43 homesites and is due for completion in January. Almost 75 per cent of the homesites have been sold already due to pent up demand cause by delays by Logan City Council.
Devine Queensland State Operations Manager Peter Ryan said homebuyers had embraced the community and he expected strong demand would dictate that Stage 4 would not last long.
"This new land release will feature elevated, family sized blocks with a massive park cutting through the middle of it. The park will take up 40 per cent of the stage, allowing plenty of opportunities for residents to enjoy walking, cycling and family barbecues," Mr Ryan said.
Mr Ryan said Alberi Park's abundance of parkland would allow homebuyers to realise their dreams of relaxed, uncluttered living with space for the kids to play and kick a ball.
"Alberi Park offers homebuyers the kind of lifestyle they would have if they had moved to the country yet it is so close everything. Instead of being another built-up suburb, Alberi Park has space, tranquillity and beautiful views of leafy green bushland. It's a very rare opportunity for homebuyers."
Devine is now waiting for approval by Logan City Council for its next land release, Stage 2B, which will have 53 lots. Expression of interest are now being taken for this very last opportunity to live at Alberi Park.
Located on 25 hectares at Holmview, Alberi Park is midway between the Queensland's cosmopolitan capital of Brisbane and the surf and sand of the Gold Coast. It features a 7ha park.
Beenleigh and its adjoining suburbs are well serviced by road and rail infrastructure, including the Holmview Railway Station which provides frequent services to the Brisbane CBD and the Gold Coast.
The Holmview area has many public and private primary and secondary schools. There are 11 state primary schools, three state high schools, four independent schools and two catholic schools. A large number of childcare and kindergarten facilities are also in the area.
Alberi Park estate is located on the corner of Teys and Tallangara Roads at Holmview, three kilometres west of Beenleigh Town Centre and 31 kilometres south-east of Brisbane. For more information call Devine on (07) 3287 1755 or visit www.devine.com.au.
