Devine unveils stunning display homes at Alberi Park
17 November 2008
Devine Communities’ Alberi Park estate continues to grow in popularity with the opening of two stunning new display homes and the launch of an exciting new home and land offer for buyers looking to take advantage of lower interest rates.
Devine is offering home and land packages at Alberi Park estate from $349,000 with no repayments due until June 2009. The offer is available to people who enter into a contract to purchase a home and land package before 31 October 2008.
Devine’s Queensland General Manager Paul Nash said the package and the opening of two new home designs – the Glenelg and the Macquarie - would bring a great deal of interest to the estate.
“The package is available with as little as $100 deposit and includes several bonus extras. Devine will pay the legal fees, stamp duty and loan application fees which means there are considerable savings for home buyers,” Mr Nash said.
“With the recent one percent (1%) reduction in official interest rates, this is a great time to take advantage of this opportunity to save on the usual add-on costs and secure a home in an area which has so much to offer.”
The package also includes landscaping and air conditioning for the new home.
Mr Nash said the two designer display homes now open for inspection were created with the needs of the modern family in mind.
“Glenelg has many features which set it apart from other homes, offering an outdoor living room opening from the living areas ideal for entertaining. This home is ideal for a family, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a flexible floorplan which allows for an additional bedroom if needed,” he said.
The total floor space of 200sqm provides room for every family member to have their own space and privacy and features 143sqm of living space, a 37sqm garage, 5sqm of verandah and a 14sqm alfresco living area.
“There is an emphasis on openness and spacious living areas creating a feeling of calmness and serenity, in keeping with the atmosphere of the entire community. Glenelg is designed with open space and very few passageways which creates a seamless flow throughout the home,” Mr Nash said.
“The combination of outdoor-indoor living featured in this home and the generous backyard make this a very attractive home for a young family.”
Mr Nash said the Macquarie 200 would also be a popular choice for people looking for a family home.
“This home has generous living space and an outdoor area which is perfect for family gatherings. Separate from the living area, three bedrooms and a generous entry hall and home office area create space for everyone.”
Macquarie 200 has a generous entry hall which leads into a home which offers a perfect environment for working from home in the study/home office or just relaxing with a good book and some quiet music in the formal lounge/reading room.
The master bedroom continues the theme of space and openness with built in robes in the entry before entering the actual bedroom, taking maximum advantage of available space to create an atmosphere of openness.
Devine acquired the Holmview site near Beenleigh for $20 million in September 2007 and has recorded sales for every release. The estate has successfully integrated suburban living into a natural environment, in close proximity to shops, schools and a range of modern amenities and recreation facilities.
Mr Nash said Alberi Park, which would eventually be home to more than 300 families, was designed to preserve and enhance the natural environment and was also well positioned near existing infrastructure for a growing population.
"This area is very attractive to families who are looking for affordable homes in an environment which has a perfect balance of quiet living and services for convenient living. Beenleigh and its adjoining suburbs are well serviced by road and rail infrastructure, including the Holmview Railway Station which provides frequent services to the Brisbane CBD and the Gold Coast.”
Alberi Park estate is located on the corner of Teys and Tallangara Roads at Holmview, three kilometres west of Beenleigh Town Centre and 31 kilometres south-east of Brisbane. For more information call Devine on (07) 3287 1755 or visit www.devine.com.au.
